Lately, we’ve all been watching and waiting for the EPA to publish its proposed MCLs (Maximum Contaminate Levels) for PFOA and PFOS and to designate these two compounds as hazardous substances under CERCLA (the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act).
